One of our previous clients, who is having us back to totally renovate the 1st floor which includes the living room, kitchen, dining area and downstairs bathroom. The front porch is also being renovated, as well as the 2nd floor bathroom. Started week of February 1, 2019.
Week of February 12, 2019
March 7, 2019 - Framing for new year round sunroom and new windows, start replacing siding on front and sides of house, more interior work
March 27, 2019 - New windows installed, work on 2nd floor reno which was added later in the project.
May 2019 - Zoning required the house to be raised 2 feet for some of the renovations.
June 2019 - House now raised. Siding being finished and back to the interior.
July 2019 - Finishing siding and deck. Plumbing, electrical, floors interior. Custom kitchen cabinets in the process of production.
Sunday, June 10, 2018 - Home stretch, 7 days a week.... Kitchen install, trim
Week of June 25, 2018 - Bathrooms tiled, miscellaneous finishes, almost done and ready for next job around the corner!
